Christopher Tobias was born in Washington D.C., and grew up in Bethesda Maryland. His family roots are deeply seeded in Michigan, and he will forever bleed, Maize and Blue.
He was a founding partner in a communications company in Atlanta Georgia, and that gave him his first taste of both national and International sales. The company sold in 1998, and Chris decided it was time for a break, and moved to Key West, Florida. This is where he developed a deep love for the ocean, and where he began driving boats. Eventually, he earned his 100 Ton USCG Captains license, and is an avid spear-fisherman. He has been lucky enough to have visited over 30 different countries, and lived in both South America, and Europe.
Chris’ unique blend of professional and yachting experiences have given him the ability to confidently guide, and advise clients, from the very start of the yacht sales process, to long after the sale is complete. Chris is dedicated to making every aspect easy, and constantly works at building relationships with both his buyers and sellers. Chris has been a member of the Denison Yacht Sales family since 2008, and can’t imagine ever working anywhere else.
