Pershing Yachts Set to Launch Pershing 82 Superyacht in 2012

Italian express yacht manufacturer, Pershing Yachts – a Ferretti Group brand – is set to launch the 24.97 meter Pershing 82 express superyacht in 2012.

The megayacht has been designed by a collaboration of Fulvio De Simoni, AYT, and Centro Stile Ferrettigroup. The exterior of the yacht will sport a sleek and aggressive style – consistent with the Pershing brand – featuring wide lateral windows which optimize natural light penetration in the interior portion.

The express yacht will feature a total of 4 Staterooms for guests which includes a full Master Suite amidships, a VIP cabin forward as well as a pair of cabins comprising twin beds at the bow. The vessel’s optical model will consist of three guest cabins sporting a lounge-cinema room starboard, and 2 cabins with 3 berths for crew.

Her Master Stateroom will be equipped with wide windows offering open views and Poltrona Frau leather furnishings. The VIP Suite will consist of a central bed and two large lateral wardrobes with sophisticated-designs. The two guest cabins will imbibe a conventional look featuring a pair of twin beds and will also be adorned with carpets.

Among various other features of the vessel are a sun-deck with a retractable platform, large windows on the walls, a huge retractable door segregating the cockpit and saloon with electro-hydraulic control, and fiberglass vacuum molding.

The superyacht will be powered by twin MTU 16 V M93 engines which will allow the Pershing 82 a maximum speed of 45 knots and a cruising speed of 40 knots.
