Yellowfin Boats Continues Growth Through 2012

Yellowfin Yachts, a Sarasota, Florida boat manufacturing company managed by Wylie Nagler, has purchased a 22,500-square-foot industrial warehouse in Bradenton, Florida out of foreclosure from the Bank of the Ozarks for $560,000. The previous owner paid $1.368 million in March 2007 and lost the building to foreclosure in 2011.

In February 2012, Yellowfin Yachts bought a 31,500-square-foot industrial warehouse in the same Pines II Industrial Park for $800,000 and financed the purchase with a $640,000 loan from BB&T.

Yellowfin Yachts, which manufactures a line of center console fishing boats, already owns a 19,500-square-foot industrial warehouse in the Pines that it bought for $1.489 million in July 2008 and a 14,000-square-foot distribution warehouse at 6515 E 19th Street in Bradenton that it bought for $200,000 twelve years ago.

It also owns a 52,500-square-foot warehouse at 6611 E 19th Street in southern Manatee County that it built in 2006.
