Cantiere delle Marche Launches Nauta Air 86

Natua Air 86 Expedition Boat Explorer

Nauta Air 86 Expedition Boat

YOLO (You Only Live Once) is the philosophy of the first Nauta Air 86’s enthusiastic owner.

In 2012, he was looking for a yacht with very specific characteristics and Italian shipyard Cantiere delle Marche had just introduced the new Nauta Air line, designed by Mario Pedol and Massimo Gino. It was love at first sign. An all-aluminum explorer yacht featuring elegant design, huge interior and exterior spaces, long range and low fuel consumption, the Nauta Air 86 YOLO will allow her young Australian owner to cruise in maximum comfort.

The unconventional layout, developed according to his request, features a galley aft on the portside, followed by a cozy dining and lounging area. The full-beam owner’s suite, accessed via a dedicated staircase is amidships on the lower deck while two guest cabins share the deck’s forward section with a large gym and adjoining shower and hammam.

“I am really satisfied and proud of the customization. I can say that the yard’s team has made this a smooth process and been very attentive to all of my queries and countless questions,” the owner says.

Her 646-square-foot flybridge equipped with bar, barbecue, Jacuzzi and second helm station is unique in its class. Twin Caterpillar C18 ACERTs allow for a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 3,200 nautical miles at 9 knots.
