7 Reasons to Visit the Southern California Boat Show

Boating enthusiasts from Southern California will experience the first boating lifestyle event in a reimagined harbor setting when the Southern California Boat Show navigates its way to Cabrillo Way Marina in Los Angeles Harbor (2293 Miner St., San Pedro) this weekend. 

The four-day boating event will feature more than 200 new and used boats of all types and price points, including trawlers, cruisers, sportfishers, sailboats, catamarans, motoryachts, tenders and paddleboards, along with 80 booths offering the newest accessories and gadgets, educational seminars, as well as a food and craft beer garden celebrating local San Pedro restaurants and breweries. Families will be encouraged to participate in marine activities created especially for little boaters.

Denison will have seven boats on display at the show, including three new models by Dufour Yachtsthe 382, 412 and 512 Dufour Grand Large yachts.

In addition to Dufour Yachts, Denison is proud to be the West Coast dealer for Carver and Marquis Yachts, the Fountaine Pajot dealer for California and the Beneteau powerboat dealer for the Pacific Northwest. Denison will be displaying the new 2016 Carver C37 Coupe, as well as brokerage yachts including a 2014 60′ Azimut, a 2011 42′ Jeanneau and a 2011 39′ Hunter.

Denison invites you to enjoy the show and come aboard these stunning yachts. The team from its California offices in Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego will be on hand to answer any questions about them.

Admission is $15 for adults; youth 12 and younger accompanied by an adult are free. Military receive a $5 discount with military ID. Tickets can be purchased at the box office. Show hours: Friday-Sunday 12 p.m.-5 p.m.
