Historic Annapolis Hosting Powerboat, Sail Shows

Each October boaters from across the country gather in the historic seaport of Annapolis for the United States Sailboat Show and United States Powerboat Show.

The United States Sailboat Show, which runs from Oct. 6-10, is an internationally acclaimed sailboat show that’s recognized as the largest, most prestigious, and oldest in-water sailboat show in the world.

Denison will feature new and brokerage Beneteau and Fountaine Pajot sailboats at the show. 

The show will feature the largest collection of catamarans and trimarans in the world, workshops where beginning sailors can experience the joy of sailing on a Beneteau First 22, a high-performance racing section, on-land exhibitors with the latest gear, accessories and services, and the premiere of exciting new sailboats from major manufacturers.

On Oct. 13-16, boaters in Annapolis will have the opportunity to shop from all major powerboat manufacturers, climb aboard hundreds of boats including a huge selection of center consoles, and tour brokerage boats at the U.S. Powerboat Show.

The show features more than 300 boats ranging from luxurious motor yachts and trawlers to high-performance boats and offshore fishing machines. Denison will feature two brokerage vessels at the show, a 68′ Derecktor 1969 and a 42′ Tiara 2004.

Attendees can try before they buy at the Demo Dock and enjoy a drink on Pussers Painkiller Party Barge.

The world’s oldest in-water powerboat show is the best place to purchase boating supplies, navigation equipment, fishing gear, clothing, and marine accessories. Celebrating its 45th year, the Annapolis Boat Shows is giving away an EdgeWater 170CC Deep-V Center Console Powerboat.
