Azimut 80 Motoryacht Tour Walkthrough Video

This particular Azimut has found a new home, but this walkthrough offers you an idea of the general layout and overall features of this type of boat. Join us as we take a look at this 80′ motoryacht:

Hi, my name is Bob Anslow and I’m proud to say I work with Denison Yacht Sales. Today we’re going to take a look at one of my listings. KOPKAPI is one of Azimut’s Generation II 80s.

The big difference with Generation II is the boat draws about a foot less water than the earlier boats that were introduced in 2000. We draw only 5 feet 11 inches, and that’s fully loaded. So the Bahamas, the islands or wherever you want to go, we can go. Come on aboard, let’s take a look.

Let’s get on aft and you’ll notice first thing we have is this fully covered dining table on the aft deck. Walking forward into the salon, let’s take a look. You’ll notice the large chair, starboard side; we call that the king’s chair.

And then we’ve got wraparound seating just forward of that and then all the way across on the port side, additional seating. So the entire crew, family, we can all gather around, watch the TV, interact, talk and have a good time.

Moving forward on the starboard side, we have a free-standing formal dining table. Across from the dining area notice the galley. It’s a full gourmet galley.

OK, from the galley, we’re going to move aft and down. You’ll notice on the starboard side we have two bunks over/under, which is one private cabin. And then across on the port side we have what we would call a crew mess. But it converts into an additional third bunk, and we find our washer and dryer in the same area.

Okay, now that we’ve seen the crew area, we’re going to walk back up through the galley and as soon as we pass forward of the galley, you’ll see the inside helm are a lower station which is a full inside helm with full instrumentation, navigation, all electronics and a seat for three.

Down four steps, starboard side, guest cabin has twin or two single berths with an ensuite head and shower. And across to the port side you’ll find another set of single berths. Further forward into the VIP, we have here an island queen berth, a full ensuite head and shower. The only trouble, once your guests get aboard, they just don’t want to leave.

Now we move aft to the master stateroom. You’ll notice we have an island king berth and a full walk-in closet port side. The head is to starboard and aft of the bulkhead. You’ll have a large his and her sink, walk-in shower, beautiful stonework and all the amenities you’d expect to find on a fine yacht like this 80 has.

My favorite part of the 80 Azimut is the flybridge. You’ll notice it’s gigantic; large seating on the starboard, semi-crescent shape with a large table. All the way forward is the flybridge helm and at the helm is designed again to be a double or a triple seat. Directly behind the helm is our barbecue grill and storage.
