Bon Appetit: Luxury Yacht Charters Please Your Palate

October 12, 2017 3:11 pm

The question isn’t what’s the difference between an all-inclusive 60’ catamaran charter and a week aboard a 200’ superyacht.

The question is what do they have in common? Each private yacht vacation, regardless of the size of the vessel, is unique because you are the star of the show. The entire experience is custom created based on your personal preferences.

The yacht is your home for the duration of your stay and like some say, the kitchen (or in this case the galley), the heart. Your cook or chef will provision the boat prior to embarkation and depending on where you cruise, be able to source local ingredients throughout the journey. In some cases, if they can’t find what you request, we can arrange to have it flown in. From alfresco barbeques to formal dining, you are sure to be palatably pleased!

The charter preference sheets are vital to ensure the cuisine onboard is prepared to your standards. Prior to your vacation, you will fill these out. Don’t be shy! Tell us what you like, tell us what you don’t like, tell us what you’ve always wanted to try! Based on these, your menu will be conceived.
