Single station layout with three staterooms and two heads. The large port side master stateroom features a walk around queen size berth and private ensuite head. The forward stateroom also features a walk around queen size berth and a private entrance to the second head. The third stateroom is fitted with twin size berths. The yachts has santos wood flooring, solid cherry tabletops and doors, ultra leather sofa and settee and all flat screen TV's. Warmed by glossy and satin-finish cherry wood, the salon possesses a sprawling sofa with rod storage and recliner and a sophisticated entertainment center. The dinette area has a roomy settee bracketing a burl and cherry wood table. All accommodations on the 50 Convertible are enhanced by generous storage and amenities.

The boat is powered by twin Volvo D12 engines providing over 1400 HP. They have around 440 hours of use, and have been well maintained. Over the last three years, the following work has been done to the engines and other systems:
1. New injectors - $14k
2. Cooling system - $10k
3. New batteries x 6 - $3k
4. New bow-thruster - $6k
5. New starter for generator
6. Regular servicing by CC Marine.
All mechanical systems are now running strong and well. The boat will cruise at 20 kts and burn 40GPH. Max speed is around 30 kts (downhill with the wind behind you...)
In the last three years the owner has made the following improvements:
1. New carpets

3. New hi-fi system with amplifier, subwoofer & speakers throughout the boat.
