Sunseeker China Reports Success at 2011 Hainan Rendez-Vous

Sunseeker China reached new heights this month with the sale of 4 yachts at China’s premiere boat show, the Hainan Rendez-Vous 2011. The event is the biggest private yacht and jet show in China, and Sunseeker China’s success illustrates that Sunseeker Yachts is becoming a symbol of luxury in the Chinese yachting industry. The total price of these 4 yachts was more than 10 million GBP, giving Sunseeker China its 2^nd successive win for the “highest yacht sales” at this luxury show.

Sunseeker China displayed 4 Sunseeker yachts by the exclusive Sunseeker Pier in Visun Club, including 2 88 Yachts, an 80 Yacht and a Sunseeker Manhattan 66. The yachts, which attracted much attention during the 2011 Hainan Rendez-Vous, surrounded a unique floating pontoon, creating an impressive “walking on-water” feeling for visitors. Sunseeker International’s Sales Director, Sean Robertson, visited Sanya for the show together with Paul Tomlin. Other VIP guests at the Sunseeker pontoon included Governor of Hainan Province, Luo Baoming and the President of Visun Group, Wang Dafu.

VIP access from the pontoon directly into the newly opened Sunseeker China Flagship Store was also set up. With 8 years experience in China, Sunseeker China CEO Traugott Kaminski, the “Godfather of China Yachting Industry” as he is commonly known in China, together with his team, founded this first ever flagship yacht store in China in 2011. This milestone further demonstrates the success and the leadership of Sunseeker yachts in China yachting industry.
