44 Grand Banks Eastbay Sold By Bill & Will Petersen

Denison Yachting announces the sale of a 44′ Grand Banks Eastbay 2017 located in Marina del Rey, CA. Denison’s Bill and Will Petersen represented the Seller while the Buyer was represented by Steve Fithian of Grand Banks Yachts. 

The EB44 is the sleek, modernized evolution of the Grand Banks Downeast line. Beautiful teak interior and impeccable craftsmanship compliment this classic style yacht. Her twin Volvo IPS 600 HP’s cruise at about 26 knots, with excellent fuel efficiency. The IPS joystick helm control also makes docking and maneuvering a breeze while the full Garmin suite of electronics provides complete navigational control when underway. 

The layout consists of 3 staterooms fit for accommodating 6 and 2 heads with ensuite showers. The cockpit offers plenty of seating and an ice-maker for entertaining guests. The wide, full-beam salon also features large electric windows that are quick to invite in those cool summer breezes, and a traditional deep-v hull achieves a fast, smooth and dry ride that allows for tight maneuverability as well.
