108 Alloy Yachts Sold By Yacht Broker Tom Cleator

Denison Yachting announces the sale of a 108′ Alloy Yachts located in Annapolis, MD. Denison’s San Diego Yacht Broker Tom Cleator represented the Buyer while the Seller was represented by Jamie Small of Burgess.

Built by the world-renowned New Zealand super yacht builder Alloy Yachts in 2004, MARAE offers a comfortable seating area in the upper salon, along with a spacious bar that’s perfect for entertaining guests. In 2004, she won awards for both International Super Yacht Design and Best Sailing Yacht, a testament to her smart layout and versatility.

During a refit in both 2009 and 2014, MARAE received a new paint job, the latest in entertainment systems, as well as new guest amenities and water toys. Guest accommodations include three staterooms, a twin with pullman births, a double and master cabin that all offer en-suites. Additional key features include a Williams 505 turbo jet tender, twin Lugger diesel engines as well as a recent galley refit and new custom artwork.
