Tom Myers

My yacht broker, Tom Myers was a pleasure to work with. We discussed my goals for pricing and timing and within a very short time he brought me several offers including one on target with the closing and price range we established upfront. Tom was always available and timely responded to my calls, texts and emails.  The listing to Closing timeline was less than 90 days.The yacht closing transaction was smooth and I would retain Tom again to sell my next boat when that day comes.  

Our testimonial for our yacht broker, Tom Myers, can be summed up in just a few words. I will elaborate on each one.

First, his “attention” to the sale. We bought the boat only by the pictures and description of it on the Denison Yachting website, so one can imagine the number of phone calls back and forth and email correspondences required for all those extra pictures that we needed to review to feel comfortable about the boat. Tom always answered the phone and followed through with any pictures we wanted to see. 

Second, his ability to “Cater to the Customer”. There never was that uncomfortable pressure that you get from some yacht brokers; our feelings mattered to him. Tom was there every step of the way catering to our schedule as he guided us through all aspects of the deal; from paperwork for out-of-state buyers like us, finding short-term and long-term storage facilities until we are ready to bring the boat home and even providing names of carrier companies to deliver the boat.

Lastly, Tom was quite “personable & honest” from start to finish, over the phone and even when we finally met face to face one week after the deal was sealed. As we neared our settlement date I felt like I was speaking to an old friend even cracking a joke or two in conversation. When we finally saw our boat in person it was more than what we imagined and we really felt like we got a good honest deal lending that the honesty in him is “true blue”.

The New Owners of “Bonnie Blue”

I wanted to reach out to you, to share a very special experience I have had and am still having to buy a boat with the continuing enhancement of my boat ownership assisted by Mr. Tom Myers, Denison Yacht Sales Naples Florida.

We closed in June. Tom is still helping me with any need I have my being an absentee owner from St Louis, MO. Also new to the area and new to powerboats. I think we have all the needed services covered. The boat is in good hands and I know Tom is there with a solution if needed.

As a point of reference at the Miami Boat Show In February, I met a large competitor of yours, continued trying to work with them to buy a boat into May where I became totally exhausted from the bad experience. I choose to move on.

I contacted your organization in Naples at which time I was fortunate to meet Tom. I just read his Bio it’s very true. He is night and day 180 degrees from each of those bad traits of the prior boat buying encounter. Tom is a patient genuine caring person that brings his bio to bear in all phases of the process. I never felt the pressure of a salesman, only someone listening and helping that put the success of my mission first. Not his agenda.
