I would like to compliment your yacht broker Rodney Robertson. We chose Rodney to sell our 34' Catalina MK II Limited Anniversary Edition a few months ago and we definitely made the right decision. Rodney did an exceptional job of representing us and selling our boat. He was always available to answer our questions and help us with preparing the boat for showings. It was nothing to look out our window and see Rodney washing our boat prior to a showing.

It was easy to see that Rodney genuinely cared about how satisfied we were. After the sea trials were completed we had a few issues to resolve and we wanted to give in and make monetary adjustments to our selling price to avoid one particular difficult task, (the stove). This seemed to really bother Rodney and the next thing we know, he gets the stove fixed, saving us a lot of money.

It was almost two weeks after closing before the new owner took delivery, due to high winds and daily rainstorms during that time period. The buyer notified Rodney he was coming the next day to get the boat with his family and friends. That afternoon, Rodney throughly washed the exterior of the boat. He told us he wanted the new owner upon delivery, to be proud of his new boat and to be able to impress his family and friends.
