I wanted to drop you a line and tell you about our amazing experience with our yacht broker, Steve Palazzo. His service was exceptional… extraordinary, really. Steve and I spoke for a year looking for the "perfect vessel." My husband and I knew what we were looking for and knew what we liked. Steve found a Tiara for us in Florida (we are in Ohio).. When Steve went to the boat he did a live video for us and "walked us through" remotely. We were sold. We discussed our next steps and Steve arranged, and was involved with, the entire process. He lined-up the surveys and attended them for us, taking more pics and videos. He even went on the sea trial for us, while videoing, and we "attended" remotely. Steve then facilitated dockage extension for us and helped us find a shipping agent. He actually took the boat to the marina for ship-out and assured the antennas, radar etc. were removed and it was ready for Ohio. He went above and beyond. We never actually saw the boat until it arrived in Ohio, ahead of schedule. And she is amazing! Our Tiara is exactly what we wanted and exactly what Steve represented she was. She is gorgeous and in excellent condition. The stars really aligned when we met Steve and engaged with him in the process of buying our first yacht. Our experience really is the ultimate sales success story. I would confidently recommend Steve to anyone who was in the market to buy a boat and you should be proud that he is part of the Denison yacht broker team. His sale was matched by complete professionalism and attendance to our needs. We trust him and would use nobody else in our future boating endeavors.

Even though my deals haven’t closed yet, I wanted to share my satisfaction with your company and specifically, Max.
