Bill.....it was just a week ago that we sold Olallie.  As you know, she was dear to our hearts after twenty-five years of sailing and it was hard for us to walk away even though we knew the time had come.  We wanted to take the time to thank you for helping us with this difficult process.  

You were professional, yet friendly and helpful.  You communicated to us what was happening on a frequent basis, and that was very much appreciated as that hadn't been true of our past experiences.
