This 2018 Benetti 35 meter is the third in the line of stylish and innovative yachts from the Benetti Shipyards known as the “Mediterraneo” Series. She has only 800 hrs, and is the most recent addition to the Seanet fleet.

Designed by exterior stylist Giorgio Maria Cassetta, she was created from fiberglass and carbon fibre, with large exterior areas, and light-filled interior spaces. Amply named after the Mediterranean, her designers had Mediterranean cruising in mind.

Following the superyacht lead in design, she sports a large spa pool on the bow, with an adjacent modular seating area, creating a spacious recreation area forward of the wheelhouse. There is no better place on the yacht to take in the long Mediterranean vistas.

With two large exterior dining areas and bar on the bridge deck, and a superyacht sundeck covering 860 square feet, the emphasis is on outdoor living.

She has an ample amount of water toys, including a jet tender, sea bobs, paddleboards, dive equipment and water skis. She also comes equipped with a new 2020 Axopar 37 Suntop tow tender.

She comes with two crews of seven, on full rotation, and sleeps 10 guests in five cabins. Benetti has designed well placed dedicated access points and separated stairwells, to keep guests and crew separated.

Now yachting enthusiasts may enjoy equity ownership of this yacht for a fraction of the cost. For 2,995,000 Euro, an owner obtains an undivided 100% interest in the yacht, through 22.22% shares in the holding company. The cost of the crew and all other maintenance costs amount to 22.22% of the total budget, or 266,000 Euro/year. This is inclusive of a 10% fee to Seanet for professional management. There is no debt or other financing encumbering the yacht, the holding company or Seanet.

As an equity owner, the client is guaranteed 8 weeks of use per year; 4 in the Mediterranean and 4 in the Caribbean, where she will cruise for the winter months. She is privately registered and still has one year of factory warranty.italy
