Cockpit/swim Platform


  • Probably one of the most impressive spaces on the 540 is the spacious cockpit. She has a L-shaped dinette that surrounds a teak table, an aft facing chaise lounge next to the helm, and 2 helm seats that rotate aft to face the rest of the seating area.  
  • The main engine access is centerline and once in the engine room there is plenty of space to move about for daily checks and maintenance. 
  • The summer galley is located to starboard and features a Kenyon BBQ, Isotherm fridge and Isotherm ice maker. Just above is a large prep area and freshwater sink. 
  • Above the galley is the flat screen, Samsung television mounted to the wall. 
  • The cockpit can either be opened up or completely enclosed with the full camper enclosure. It has velcro screens that can be utilized when the isinglass windows are removed. The electronic forward vent and side windows open up to create a nice flow through the helm and cockpit when underway. 
  • Access to the hydraulic swim platform is on the starboard side and it has a capacity of of approximately 800 lbs.
  • Just forward of the swim platform is a large sun pad area that  transforms from regular seating once the back rests have been opened up. 
  • Fully equipped with air conditioning. 2 units in the helm area and 2 units down below. 

Helm Station


  • The helm on Ambiance is centerline and is extremely user friendly. She has a 3 piece windshield with a hard glass enclosure on 3 sides that give an excellent view when docking and underway. 
  • The old electronics were removed and she is now outfitted with a set of 12 inch Garmin touchscreens. 
  • She has an open array radar, autopilot, aft facing camera and recently upgraded Fusion Stereo head units. 
  • The Garmin units also display the Sirirus satellite weather and can be configured to the captains liking with a combination of different screens. 
  • The helm is outfitted with air conditioning and there are digital controls on the port and starboard sides. 
  • Just below the switch board are the Raymarine VHF radio, Fusion stereo control, ACR spotlight and fire suppression monitor. 
  • Above the helm are the 2 SmartCraft VesselView displays which give readings on the both engines and the generator. 
  • On the right side of the helm are the electronic DTS controls and Joystick. 

Salon/galley


  • The salon and galley on the 540 are one large open area with lots of natural light coming through the 6 hull side windows and overhead skylight. 
  • The companionway from the helm steps down on the port side with easy access to all of the battery switches and breaker panels. 
  • As you make your way froward and to port you have a beautiful galley with cherry cabinetry and solid-surface counter tops. 
  • There is amply storage both above and below the counter top and another large Isotherm fridge and freezer. 
  • The Kenyon 2-burner stove and Cuisinart microwave are located above with the large stainless steel basin sink.  
  • There is plenty of counter and prep space to prepare and serve meals for your guests. 
  • On the starboard side is another L-shaped seating area that surrounds a teak coffee table. The sofa has a hide away bed that allows up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably on board. 
  • Mounted just aft on the bulkhead is a second flat screen TV equipped with Satellite TV and a Bose surround sound system. The controls for the satellite and AV systems are all located to port next to the breaker panels. 
  • The sole is covered in a beautiful teak hardwood and has multiple hatches that can be removed and used for storage and access to systems. 

Master Stateroom


  • The master is located aft just a couple of steps down from the salon and can be isolated with a sliding, pocket door. 
  • The cherry woodwork, light colored carpeting and leather finishes all come together nicely making a very inviting space. 
  • There is a large mirror on the aft bulkhead and multiple storage read throughout the stateroom. 
  • Another Sony flatscreen is located on the starboard side and is also equipped with a Bose surround sound system. 
  • The Splendide washer/dryer combo unit is located to port just as you step into the stateroom. 
  • The master en-suite is on the starboard side and has a very large stall shower, continued cherry cabinetry and the main hanging locker for the master. 
  • There are additional hull side windows throughout lending lots of natural light to the space. 

Vip Stateroom


  • The VIP is located forward and has 4 hull side windows and one overhead hatch that also flood this space with natural light. The overhead hatch is equipped with an OceanAir shade that can completely black out the space or be opened up with a screen option. 
  • The beautiful colors continue throughout this stateroom and the lockers to port and starboard give plenty of storage space for longer voyages. 
  • The Samsung flat screen is mounted to the aft bulkhead and the Sony DVD player is located inside the starboard locker. 
  • There are multiple 110V outlets throughout the stateroom for all of your electronics. 
  • The 2nd head is en-suite and also has access from the salon. This head also features a stall shower with plenty of space for your guests. 

Engine Room/mechanical


  • Ambiance is equipped with a pair of Cummins QSC 600 HO diesels. They are paired with Zeus pod drives and joystick control. The boat extremely easy to handle around the dock and makes a pro out of any operator.  Only 310 Hours. 
  • The engine room is in immaculate condition and the boat has been very well maintained. She was in freshwater until 2018 and it shows. 
  • The generator is a Cummins Onan and is 21.5 kW. 
  • The main engines have dual Racors mounted on the aft bulkhead and the generator has its own Racor mounted forward. 
  • All strainers are easily accessible in the center bilge along with the Reverso oil change system. 
  • The 50 Amp shore power cable is on a Glindenning reel located on the port side of the engine room. 
  • The Pro-Nautic 24-30P battery charger is mounted just above the Charles Isolation Transformers on the port side. 
  • The batteries are easily accessible just aft of the forward bulkhead. 
  • Engine control boxes with start and stop buttons are also located on the forward bulkhead along with the main breaker breaker panel.
