67' Princess 2006 NO NAME

Fort Lauderdale, FL, US

Previously Asking $1,149,900

Off Market

Description

If you are in the market for a motor yacht in this size range, this one should be at the top of your list. Seller has decided to move up to a larger boat. This is your opportunity to grab a professionally maintained, fresh water Princess, that will not disappoint. As a fresh water boat for the past six years, this yacht has been stored indoors in a climate controlled warehouse for seven months per year. Her professional care and limited use sure shows.

You will love how practical the layout is on this boat. With two options for accessing the flybridge, the aft deck and interior staircase, this is truly an entertainers yacht. There is room for twenty comfortably on her flybridge, along with a MarQuipt crane for hoisting a tender or a jet ski. This 67' Princess offers a rare, factory fiberglass hard top, with an electronics mast. Comfortable wide side decks lead to the foredeck which offers a sun lounge, and stainless ground tackle. There is a watertight door on the starboard side allowing easy access from the lower helm to the side decks. Her expansive aft deck offers like new teak decks, renewed upholstery, and space to add an alfresco dining table. Inside the large volume continues with a generous salon, galley, and lower helm station on the main deck. Below deck there are three well appointed guest cabins, all offering their own private ensuite. The master cabin is full beam, and is truly an oasis fit for royalty, with large vertical windows on either side of a king sized walk around bed, and a massive ensuite.

This boat has experienced light use. Most of her hours were accumulated while relocating the boat from Florida to the Great Lakes twice. This Princess is truly in immaculate condition. She has lived much of her life in Green Bay, and is currently being delivered to Ft. Lauderdale for the International Boat Show October 27-31st. This summer, in preparation for sale, Seller has invested $70,000 into improvements. A survey, engine inspection, and fluid analysis was conducted on August 9, 2021. Some of the items completed were new exhaust shields and blankets, certification from CAT completed for 1,000 hour service, engine room detailed and painted where necessary, new hose clamps and hoses where necessary, new belts and pumps. All service records and survey are available upon an executed purchase agreement.

This is the yacht you've been dreaming of. It's time to Find Yourself On The Water.
