Miami Maritime Group is pleased to present an icon of the Sportfishing yacht history; the Bertram 60!
This particular example has been cared for by her current owner since 2006 with an open checkbook maintenance program and a full time captain on board. "Viejo man" spends many months in the Bahamas every year, either at the Nassau home port or here in Miami, FL.
As you may know, these boats have the reputation of being some of the most solid GRP boats ever built, which is instantly noticeable as soon as you step foot on the covering boards.
Aside from her huge cockpit and flybridge, her interior is also very spacious. The main saloon consists of couch to port with 2 ottomans and a coffee table directly in front (not pictured), the galley just forward of that with newer Kitchen Aid fridges installed. To starboard aft you have a large flat screen TV set, storage underneath and the AC/DC panels behind a black glass double door. Just forward of the TV is a divider with an ice maker installed within, this divider separates the living area from the dining table directly across from the galley.
Stepping down into the lower deck you will find 3 staterooms and 4 heads. The master is located to port as soon as you get to the companionway, master has a en-suite head forward. There is a double bunk room to Stbd with access to the day head. The forward stateroom has two v shaped bunks which increases the sleeping capacity to 6 on the lower deck with it's own head. This boat was fitted with an extra small head where the laundry room was located initially.
