Jersey Girl Yacht Description

**TURN-KEY, CHARTER/CRUISE READY**

SV JERSEY GIRL by far the nicest Irwin 65 on the market one can buy today, right now!

Originally built in 1984 by Irwin Yachts in Florida/designed by Ted Irwin, she comes in the desirable "Owners Version" 4-cabin/3-head version and has been passed down through a succession of owners that have kept her interior and exterior in tip-top shape. Gorgeous wooden styling can be found through the boat with very tasteful cushions. Centrally located galley makes for easy entertaining.

Current owner has invested much sweat and tears getting her to where she is today. Alas, new adventures await and it's time to hand her off.

She has been operating successfully in the Sea of Cortez since refit and can be continued to run as a crewed charter yacht or the new owners can sail away into the sunset.

(Note: Boat is 65 LWL/ 72 LOA)

Manufacturer Provided Description

The Irwin 65 incorporates the best ideas generated by years of sailing the Caribbean and combines them with the finest design, construction techniques, and American workmanship. The powerful, masthead ketch rig coupled with her hull design allows her to cruise easily and at will. All horizontal deck surfaces are foam-cored for lightness and to add stiffness and insulation. A good portion of the 17.5-foot beam is carried through the aft cabin supplying this yacht with living space more comfortable than many homes. A raised quarterdeck and drop-level teak and holly soles assure an expansive amount of headroom from the V-berth to the owner's stateroom. Warm and inviting, the accommodations are teak finished throughout. Thirteen strategically placed ventilation hatches plus 21 opening ports keep the interior bright and cheerful. The gracious main salon of the Irwin 65 has an immense amount of room for entertaining with a high-low table for dining or cocktails, and a hideaway revolving bar. The galley is spacious enough to permit two cooks, has a double door refrigerator-freezer with slide out shelves, and can include an optional dishwasher, trash compactor, and microwave oven. Off the galley is a pantry with a washer and dryer. A semi-custom yacht, the Irwin 65 is available in three accommodation plans. These accommodations provide the owner with infinite custom possibilities including a spa in the aft stateroom. Interior plans include designs that have been highly successful in use as charter vessels. These plans may have four staterooms with private heads and separate crew's quarters.
