Chef needed for Private, 112’ US flagged motoryacht. Based in West Palm Beach, winter in Bahamas, and summer in New England. Owners eat 3 meals a day on the boat, but they are sensitive to crew time off. Young crew who works as a team and helps out chef with dishes, provisioning, etc. $9k/month. Must be US citizen or green card holder. Start at the end of January.

The program will remain primarily charter, with some light owner usage. Considering both individuals and couples, with a strong charter background.

Located in South Florida with plans to cruise the Bahamas, Northeast, Caribbean and West Coast. 6 crew total. [Mate] Yachtmaster or equivalent required. [Chef] Charter experience preferred. Well versed in all cuisines, specialty diets [2nd Stewardess] Yoga Certification current; adept in a range of practices.
