Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Cesar moved to Miami at the age of 17 to pursue his education at Florida International University (FIU). He earned a degree in International Relations and Political Science, followed by two master’s degrees in International Business and Finance, building a solid foundation in global markets and client relations. As a native Spanish speaker, Cesar is uniquely positioned to assist Spanish-speaking clients and fostering relationships with a broader range of customers, particularly in Miami’s diverse, international market.

With over five years of experience in sales and management in the yacht service industry, Cesar has successfully sold major projects and completed refits for both yacht owners and dealers. His ability to build lasting relationships with key vendors in the marine industry allows him to deliver tailor-made solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring every transaction is handled with expertise and care.
