• Financial Management – Denison will prepare and agree on an annual operating budget with the owner, administering and reporting expenditures against that budget throughout the year.
• Crew Administration – Denison will perform pre-employment checks, administer employment contracts, monitor certificate compliance and more.
• Technical Support – Denison will conduct ongoing reviews of vessel upkeep, planned maintenance schedules and other issues affecting yacht operations, providing a written report to the owner.
• Compliance – Denison will ensure that the yacht’s certificates are maintained and up to date, providing safety, security and labor compliance systems as well as an emergency response facility.
• Insurance Assistance – Denison will offer the owner guidance and advice on insurance policy features, premiums and claims.
