John Martini

With over four decades in the marine industry, John Martini began his career at his family’s marina in 1976, starting from the ground up cleaning boats and bathrooms before mastering every role in the business. He built his first boat at 17 and quickly discovered his passion for sales and life on the water. John has trained with top brands including Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Tiara, Prestige, Jeanneau, and Absolute Yachts, where he now serves as Brand Champion. After founding his own brokerage in 2006, he joined Grande Yachts International in 2014, now One Water Yacht Group. John has sold thousands of boats, but his greatest achievement remains raising four amazing children. He is dedicated to helping clients turn their boating dreams into reality, whether it’s their first vessel or their fifth.
