With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate across North and South Carolina, I eventually made Hilton Head Island my full-time home. After owning a vacation property here for 25 years, I settled at Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek, where my passion for boating has become an everyday lifestyle.

I hold a USCG 100 Ton Master Captain’s License, a Florida yacht broker’s license, and continue to maintain my South Carolina real estate broker’s license. My background in real estate has provided me with valuable skills that seamlessly translate into the boating industry combining market knowledge, negotiation, and client care. I am also a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I earned a degree in Economics.

For more than 25 years, my family and I have explored the Intracoastal Waterway and enjoyed boating throughout the Coastal Empire. What I value most about yacht brokerage is helping clients with every aspect of their boating journey whether buying or selling and the lasting friendships that often grow from those relationships.
