Paul Minihan

A native New Englander, Paul Minihan spent his summers on Cape Cod, where he developed a deep love for the ocean. That passion led him to the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, where he majored in Oceanography and launched a distinguished career flying helicopters in the U.S. Marine Corps—landing on Navy ships in complex maritime environments.

After transitioning to the Reserves, Paul built a successful career in sales, eventually returning to his maritime roots in 2020 by recruiting sales consultants for one of the world’s largest boat and yacht retailers.

Paul lives with his wife, a career U.S. Naval Aviator, and their three children in Virginia Beach, at the gateway to the Chesapeake Bay—at least until the Navy calls them back to Annapolis. With over 25 years of military service and a decade of sales expertise, Paul brings discipline, integrity, and a client-first approach to every transaction.
