Rich Masi

Rich began his career in the marine industry in 1985 as a sales associate with Napoli Marine in Haverstraw, New York. In 1994, he joined Orange Boat Sales in New Windsor, New York, where he sold a wide range of boat brands and further developed his expertise in yacht sales.

In 1999, Rich accepted a management position with Islander Boat Center in Lindenhurst, New York, where he was tasked with spearheading a new location in Fort Salonga, New York. His leadership and industry knowledge led to his recruitment in 2005 by Jim Ross Yacht Sales, then the top Sunseeker Yachts dealer in North America. In this role, Rich helped launch and represent the Aicon Yachts brand while continuing to sell Sunseeker yachts.

In 2008, Jim Ross expanded the company’s portfolio by acquiring Riviera Yachts and selected Rich to represent the brand. Following Jim Ross’s retirement from the marine industry in 2013, Riviera Yachts was acquired by Grande Yachts International and later by OneWater Marine. Most recently, OneWater Marine / OneWater Yacht Group acquired Denison Yachting, where Rich currently serves as a yacht broker and Riviera Yachts brand specialist.
