Stephen Palmer

Stephen Palmer was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. His passion for the water started at a young age sport fishing offshore of Virginia and the Carolina’s. His aspiration to pursue his dreams of working on the water quickly became his focus after receiving his 100 GT Master Captain’s license. Stephen worked in the sport fishing community while finishing college at Old Dominion University. After college Stephen decided to go full time in the boating and yachting community. His desires and knowledge quickly lead to multiple career opportunities, such as Secret clearance training with the Navy to becoming a Service Manager at an industry leading facility for many years.

Stephen's expertise from a lifetime on the water and years of working in the marine service industry gave him the ability to start building sport fishing boats, Palmer Custom Yachts. Stephen is not only a broker but a boatbuilder as well. Being a boatbuilder gives Stephen a distinctive edge and perspective. Stephen's passion and experience will be a valuable asset to any client. He is dedicated to giving his clients the best customer service so they can enjoy their time on the water.
