Skip Denison – New Yacht Specialist

In 1948 Skip Denison’s father, after whom he was named, started Broward Marine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 1975 Skip began to manage the yard and repair business for Broward, raising revenue during his tenure from $1 million to over $5 million in 1985, creating a substantial profit for the company and raising their market share significantly.

In 1977, Broward started a new plant in Saugatuck, Michigan to take advantage of an extremely talented and experienced work force along the West Michigan shoreline. In 1986, Skip began his own enterprise, Skipper’s Oil, servicing shipyards and marinas throughout Florida, and returned to his first love, yachting, in June of 2008 when he joined the yacht brokerage business at Tower Marine in Saugatuck where he was the top salesman.

Skip later joined Downeast Yachting and was responsible for selling new Sabre Yachts and Back Coves in West Palm Beach, Florida, and in Michigan.

Skip joined Denison Yacht Sales in 2012, and is specializing in the sale of sportfish, trawlers, and new yachts, including Beneteau Swift Trawlers, Austin Parker Yachts, and of course, brokerage Browards.
