Azimut Yachts

105 Azimut 2007 Review

The lines of this yacht exude an elegance which enanches the aesthetic appeal of the entire Azimut range. The dedicated design team set up by Azimut-Righini has produced yet another first with this exercise in style: a stylish megayacht, two and a half decks, imposing outside volumes and large side windows, embodying the “open sea” concept to perfection.

The 105 borrows from the airy, luminous forms of the Azimut fleet and lies between the 98 Leonardo and the 116 flagship.

The continuous research into new form and ideas to develop and render more extreme the concept of an open boat has led Stefano Righini to design a two-deck yacht with the decks illuminated and projected outwards by large side windows. The third deck is instead completely in the open and it is here that the best part of life aboard the Azimut 105 is concentrated. Here, the guests have no less than four different areas devoted to relaxation, meals and conversation, and if the sun becomes too much, two rigid roofs support a canvas structure sheltering three quarters of the area.
