85 Broward Motoryacht Sold By Yacht Broker Ken Denison

Denison Yachting announces the sale of a 85′ Broward Motoryacht located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, thanks to the hard work by yacht brokers Ken Denison and John Boovsen of Rick Obey & Associates.

THE JOB features a raised pilothouse with flybridge, country galley and three stateroom layout. Entering from the aft-deck through a large sliding door, you’ll step into the full-beam salon, where a leather settee can be found to port. Across to starboard is the entertainment center. Forward on the starboard side is a wide stairwell that winds down to the owner’s suite and guest accommodations.

The raised pilothouse is situated forward of the salon and can be accessed from either side. A set of stairs lead up from there to the flybridge. The helm station is found forward and offers an extra wide double bench seat just aft with a Bimini Top overhead. An aluminum radar arch spans the bridge while bench seating with covered cushions and storage lockers underneath run aft down both sides.
