Denison Yacht Sales is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive brokerage companies I have ever worked with.

Looking for our next boat, I came across a listing for a Sea Ray Sundancer 350 from Denison Yachting/Thomas Robertson in Dania Beach. I made a call to inquire about it, and in less than ten minutes I received a call from Thomas with full information about the vessel; he scheduled to show me the vessel within 48 hours right on the same call. The boat was exactly as described in the listing, Tom was very knowledgeable about the boat, including services and repairs done to it. 

During the entire purchasing process, Tom was there to guide us and deal with any issues that came up. He even contacted a backup surveyor the day before the survey since the scheduled one was not communicating/confirming the attendance.

Thomas went the extra mile looking for a wet slip for the boat around my area (Miami). It was like a mission impossible. But in the end, he was able to find me one in my area, even under my budget.

He was responsive to our requests and always available to answer questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and did everything possible to assist us in the purchase experience. Most seamless purchase ever!

I have owned boats for over 50 years and have bought and sold six different boats. My recent boat was a Selene 40 Archer (Plan B). I met Jack when we purchased the boat in Pensacola; he was not with Denison, but had a flair for people and boats. As time passed, Jack introduced himself as a salesperson for Denison and asked me to keep him in mind if we ever thought of selling. Well, the time came to sell and we interviewed Jack and Denison. My experience with Jack was superb.

Jack understood how to value the boat in today's market, he was spot on.
When it came time for pictures, Jack arranged for an aerial as well as interior photos. His knowledge of boats and what is really important produced a great set of sales tools. Along with the Denison website, I feel we got great market exposure.

When the inquiries came in, Jack did a great job of qualifying potential buyers and separating the lookers from serious buyers. Jack was a dual representative for both the sellers and buyers. During the entire sales process from offer, to survey, to closing, Jack was fair to both parties. Yes, we did need to fix some things, but Jack also explained to the buyer that some things were 20 years old but still operational.

Denison did a great job of closing. They requested documents and completed the transaction without any problems.

Overall, the sales experience was the most professional and best of my 50 years of boating.
