At twenty, Aleks captained his first yacht in Cabo San Lucas, mastering vessels up to 185 feet and earning a USCG 3,000GT Oceans Masters License. His deep expertise in yacht operations, engineering, new construction, refits, crew coordination, and chartering provides an unmatched understanding of what makes a yacht exceptional. This knowledge led him to found Elite Yacht Management in Southern California, delivering seamless ownership and charter experiences to discerning clients.
