Christian Rivero

Christian served nineteen years at sea during which time he reached Senior Officer positions on board different vessel types including Tankers, Offshore, Passenger vessels and Superyachts from the most prestigious companies worldwide. He holds a Master Mariner License and had been certified as International Safety Management Internal Auditor, Designated Person Ashore, along an extensive professional accreditation catalog.

Christian’s career shifted to the Yachting Management and Maritime Training in 2016 as independent vessel manager and consultant and maritime instructor, keeping his hands on the wheels as relief /delivery Captain. In 2019 he started working on the Superyacht’s technical - operational aspects, specializing on the ISM safety management structure and Flag Administrations and regulatory bodies compliance.

Christian hobbies include diving, reading, and cruising at sea. He loves to play soccer with his son during weekends.
