John Dwyer

John Dwyer grew up in Little Compton, Rhode Island, a small coastal community where boating is ingrained in the culture. During college, he worked for a yacht management company and crewed on local ferries. Once he graduated from Rhode Island College, he jumped at the opportunity to work on a 60-meter yacht in the Caribbean.

John has cruised over 100,000 nautical miles as crew, exploring many popular destinations in the Mediterranean, North Sea, Atlantic Islands, Caribbean, Bahamas, US East and West Coasts, Mexico, and Alaska. He holds a USCG 200 Ton Master / 500 TON STCW and a USCG 1600 Ton Mate / 3000 STCW.

Since 2018, John has specialized in yacht management and sales. His yachting experience has given him the confidence and knowledge to assist clients with finding the right yacht, customizing to their needs, and fulfilling their yachting dreams. He joined the Denison team in early 2023.
