Jovana Godjoska

Originally from Macedonia, Jovana graduated from the International University of Monaco before beginning her career with a Monaco-based brokerage and later joining a Dubai-based global charter company. Her experience across two of the world’s most influential yachting markets has given her a broad understanding of the European and Middle Eastern charter landscapes and the diverse expectations of an international clientele.

She enjoys getting to know her clients and understanding what makes a trip special for them, from finding the right yacht to all the little details that make a charter feel effortless. Drawing on her knowledge of the fleet and the market, she carefully selects yachts that match each client's brief, working closely with captains and crews to bring the itinerary to life. Recognised for her clear communication and meticulous attention to detail, Jovana approaches each charter as a bespoke project, for her, a successful trip is one where every detail has been thought through before the client even has to ask.

Outside of work, Jovana enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and making the most of life on the Riviera. When she's not working on her padel game or getting competitive over a game of backgammon, you'll usually find her with a good book or enjoying a cocktail somewhere in the sun.
