Lisa Jouris

Lisa is a seasoned professional with a diverse background that spans across continents and industries. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she spent her formative years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, before pursuing her education in International Business and German at UMASS Amherst, with an exchange year in Freiburg, Germany.

Her career course took a unique tack when she discovered her passion for sailing while working in the fashion industry in New York. Embracing her newfound passion, Lisa spent twelve adventurous years circumnavigating the globe as a Relief Captain, Mate, and Chief Stewardess, accumulating a notable 75K+ nautical miles and securing three Captain's licenses along the way.

Transitioning from the high seas, Lisa ventured into Superyacht Relations Management at ONE15 Marina in Singapore. She returned to the United States in 2015 to delve into the satellite communications realm with MTN Satellite in the yachting sector. With the onset of the pandemic and new technologies like Starlink, she redirected her career toward yacht management, drawing upon her extensive yachting experience to offer invaluable support to owners and crew alike.

In her spare time, she enjoys maximizing the great outdoors, networking, yoga/meditation, and globetrotting.
