Italian yacht manufacturer Overmarine has announced the acquisition of the Baglietto Group, which includes the both premium yachting brands, Baglietto and Cantieri di Pisa. The acquisition of the Baglietto Group allows Overmarine to offer a comprehensive range of services to the megayacht industry.
Overmarine released a statement regarding the acquisition: “While for many years Overmarine has been essentially a boat builder committing itself to developing the best quality available in the market. In the future Overmarine will be also be committed to marketing its product range directly, through its subsidiary offices, and through a selected number of sales representative in markets that are considered strategic for our future growth.”
The Balietto and Cantieri di Pisa yacht lines, will join Overmarine’s Mangusta express yacht brand.
