Mate Shaun is from Buffalo, New York and he also grew up sailing. He owns a sailboat and loves all things water. Shaun holds his 100-ton Captain’s license and enjoys taking guests fishing and snorkeling in the tender. Shaun works hard to ensure guests experience the best of the local areas and leave with treasured memories to last a lifetime.

Chief Stewardess: Yeli Leon

Born and raised in Venezuela, Yeli has 5 years of experience in the yachting industry. She is hardworking, enthusiastic, and organized. Whether she's orchestrating theme nights, bringing a 5-star experience to the table, or keeping the interior sparkly clean, Yeli approaches each charter with a smile on her face. When Yeli is not ensuring guests are having a grand time, she enjoys staying active reading her favorite books and listening to her favorite music.

Deckhand: Carolyn Wohlfarth

Born & raised in the sunshine state of Florida, Carolyn always knew she was destined for the water. After graduating college, she found her first deckhand job on a sight-seeing charter and cruise boat. Two years of experience down, she is proficient in deck operations, tender handling, and water sports. With 200+ logged dives and a love for scuba diving, she thrives in adventure-driven charters, guiding guests through unforgettable underwater experiences. Carolyn is dedicated to keeping both the yacht and its excursions running flawlessly. She is eager to grow her career on board REAL SUMMERTIME.

Mate: Tyler Perret

Meet Tyler, a finance & psychology major who learned about the yachting industry and dropped everything to pursue life on the water and hasn't looked back. Tyler started his yachting journey 5 years ago and since then has brought experience and energy to every charter. He ensures unforgettable guest adventures from leading water sports excursions to top-tier vessel upkeep. When he is not on deck, Tyler enjoys wakeboarding, scuba diving, sailing, golfing, and exploring the outdoors, always seeking new adventures on and off the water.
