The business end of the Salty Dog is the 13-foot cockpit that has room enough for bait tanks, tuna tower supports, catch boxes, and fighting chairs. There's even a molded fish well right in the cockpit sole. The whole cockpit is self-draining, so the fishing area and the elevated helmsman's platform can be hosed clean in minutes.
Below decks the Salty Dog is no pleasure palace, but she's plenty comfortable for the fishing party's day at sea. There is an enclosed head, and a galley complete with a deep stainless steel sink, eye-level icebox, two-burner, and lots of counter and storage space. the dinette sits four, and it converts to a big double berth.
