Trinity Ship Yard Launches 198′ Super Yacht

Trinity Yachts’ longest aluminum superyacht to date, the 198′ trideck motoryacht Areti, recently launched in Gulfport, Mississippi.

The owner’s representative, Captain Ted Kavalieros, and Trinity’s Billy Smith met onboard to celebrate the boat’s move from land to water; her final outfitting and commissioning will be completed by early Summer.

The superyacht, the latest Areti in the owner’s succession of so-named yachts, is custom-designed. A critical specification was for versatility, as Areti will enjoy the waters of the Bahamas and the Mediterranean equally.

To meet this challenge, Trinity’s aluminum construction allows the yacht to reduce draft to less than 8′, making her one of the largest superyachts in the world capable of accessing the Bahamian islands and harbors that the owner enjoys.

Her interior has been designed by yacht designer, Patrick Knowles, and features 2 ensuite Master Stateroom heads, one-level down via sweeping staircases, a massive skylounge and flybridge with a custom hot tub, and 2-person elevator with access to all decks, including her flybridge.

Areti comfortably accommodates 13 guests in 7 staterooms. She also features a gymnasium, steam room and sauna, change rooms, multiple Waverunners, water toys, bicycle storage, and a rescue tender.
