Dension Yachting announces the sale of a 64′ Jeanneau TROIS VIGNES (French for THREE VINES), which was built abroad in France in 2015. Denison’s Jeff Erdmann represented both the Buyer and Seller of the vessel.

Winner of the 2017 Chicago to Mackinac sailboat race, this 64 Jeanneau, built by the Beneteau Group, is ripe for the best in push-button sailing, featuring a list of winning options such as: Electric Harken Re-Wind Winches, Bow & Stern Thrusters, a Williams 110hp Jet Tender and Electric Furling Genoa.

Fast and luxurious with a striking black hull and magnificently maintained teak decks, she was sold fairly quickly – as with the ease of a summer breeze – some might say.

“The owner asked ‘how long will it take you to sell my yacht?’ explained broker Jeff Erdmann. “… I replied that typically my listings sell between 90 days and 9 months, if they are priced right and present well.”

Tall order? Not so much, Erdmann recalled: “We sold his yacht in less than 5 months at a price both he and the buyer were happy with!”
