124′ Delta Marine Motoryacht Sold by Yacht Broker Don Strong

Denison Yachting announces the sale of a 124′ Delta Marine Motoryacht 2001 located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Denison’s Don Strong represented the Buyer while the Seller was represented by Josh Gulbranson of Fraser.

Built in GRP by US yard Delta Marine to a design by Jonathan Quinn Barnett, SPIRIT was delivered in 2001 with a major refit in 2014. A contemporary interior, again designed by Jonathan Quinn Barnett, accommodates up to 11 guests across four cabins.

The aft foyer into the main deck salon features a magnificent floor inlay of two eagles in fossilized wood, created by stone artist Jeff Homchick and illuminated from above by a glass skylight.

The salon itself is spacious with an aft bar, a lounge area + an entertainment center, including an up-down 46-inch HD Smart TV as well as a stereo surround sound system. Forward, the hexagonal dining area has leather wall paneling defining its perimeter and has formal seating for eight guests. Further forward, the country style kitchen is a favored spot for guests throughout the day.
