Denison Becomes First Brokerage Firm to Reach 250k Subscribers on Youtube

As of May 2021, Denison reached a significant milestone by becoming the first yacht brokerage company to gain 250,000 YouTube subscribers — nearly 164,000 more subscribers than their next closest competitor.

Denison’s Youtube channel is a platform for buyers & sellers to explore thousands of yacht listings from anywhere in the world. Videos include walkthrough tours, yacht charters, yacht tests, and new build reviews.

“We recognize how the pandemic changed the way people buy yachts and, over the past year, our team doubled down efforts to increase our presence online,” commented Bob Denison. “All of our videos are professionally shot and edited as we are one of the only firms in yachting that employ multiple, full-time, videographers.”


Fully 81% of Americans use YouTube, making it the second-largest search engine and the most popular online platform, according to Pew Research Center. This is up from 73% in 2019. One billion hours of YouTube videos are watched daily; studies show that viewers retain 95% of a message when they watch a video, compared to 10% when they read it in a text format.
