Luke Mason

Raised in Boca Raton, Luke grew up knowing there were only two ways to spend the day—out on the water or wishing you were. At 13, he got his first boat and began navigating local waterways, fishing for Redfish and Snook. Over the next decade, his passion for boating and fishing laid the foundation for the career he has today.

Luke went on to attend Florida State University, earning a degree in Global Club Management with a minor in Economics. His journey also took him beyond Florida, with time spent in Chicago and Dublin—experiences that broadened his perspective and shaped his approach to both life and work.

When he’s not chasing fish on the weekends, Luke enjoys a round of golf, finding the same mix of adventure and relaxation that first drew him to the water.
