Josh Hendrix

Josh wasn’t quite born into the boat business, but some of his earliest memories are boating with his family on the Illinois River when his father began his selling career. It was only natural that Josh followed the same path, as a love for boating soon developed. Starting as early as 14 years old, painting boat bottoms to detailing and managing a small dealership inventory in later years, then to his first (and only) sales job at 21 with Grande Yachts, later One Water Yacht Group, and finally coming together under the Denison Brand in the fall of 2025.

Josh joined Grande Yachts in 2012 just as the industry was recovering and the company was pursuing new boat sales. Gravitating to Chris Craft early on, Josh quickly became very passionate about the brand and helped the company achieve the number one dealer in the world multiple years in a row while also being the top individual salesman. A brand management position soon followed, and as the company continued to grow, so did Josh’s experience in other products and brands. In 2019, at the age of 28, Josh was tasked with opening his first store for the company in Palm Beach Gardens as a selling Sales Manager.

After quickly growing the team and the company’s footprint in the area, Josh opened a beautiful new location in downtown West Palm Beach as General Manager in 2021 – the first office to be rebranded as One Water Yacht Group. A couple of years later, Josh was tasked with overseeing the new Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens Denison locations, with another new state of the art facility slated for late 2026.  In addition to brokerage, they offer Sunseeker, Riviera, Absolute, HCB, and Majesty Yachts.

Over the years, Josh has travelled to many shipyards and boat shows throughout the world, with his main expertise centering around the overall client experience.  From the initial drawing board to every aspect of construction, contract negotiations, and overall logistics – the end result is a more enjoyable process and long lasting relationships.  Josh was recently named the top salesperson for the entire One Water Marine organization in 2025.
