Conrad Shipyard has successfully delivered Project MOONLIGHT, the third yacht in its award-winning C144S series, following her launch and completion of sea trials at the shipyard’s facilities in Gdańsk, Poland. The 44.5-metre vessel departed Poland in mid-January 2026 to begin her journey around the world.
The sale of MOONLIGHT was handled by Alex G. Clarke of Denison Yachting and Jim Evans of SuperYachtsMonaco, who served as central agents on the project. Y.CO introduced the discerning buyer who commissioned this remarkable superyacht. This marks the second C144S sold by Denison Yachting, following the successful sale of EXTRA TIME (Hull #2) in 2021.

Following in the wake of her acclaimed sisterships ACE and EXTRA TIME, MOONLIGHT brought together several of the industry’s most respected names: Reymond Langton Design crafted her sleek exterior profile, Nauta created her refined interiors and generous exterior social areas, and Diana Yacht Design developed the naval architecture, ensuring outstanding performance and seaworthiness.
On board, MOONLIGHT accommodates up to 10 guests in a flexible five-stateroom layout, supported by comfortable quarters for a professional crew of nine. Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the yacht features an expansive beach club, multiple lounges, pool with panoramic views, two alfresco dining areas, two fully equipped bars, and a dedicated open-air cinema for memorable evenings under the stars. A spacious garage houses a 6.3-metre tender, two Jet Skis, and a selection of Seabobs.
Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, MOONLIGHT reaches a top speed of 14.3 knots and cruises efficiently at 11 knots. With an impressive transoceanic range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots, she is ideally suited for long-range exploration. The yacht has also been engineered to fully comply with all regulatory requirements for vessels under 500 GT.

The C144S series represents Conrad Shipyard’s first semi-custom line, developed in response to strong demand from clients seeking the ideal balance between individuality and a proven platform. Since its introduction, the series has set new benchmarks in its category, combining timeless design with exceptional craftsmanship and advanced engineering.
“It is a great honour for us to see another unique superyacht leaving our shipyard and beginning her journey around the world. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and for the opportunity to bring this remarkable project to life,” said Paweł Polak, Motor Superyacht Expert and Project Manager at Conrad Shipyard.

With the delivery of MOONLIGHT, Denison Yachting is pleased to announce that Hull #4 of the Conrad C144S series is now available for sale at €32 million with a 24-month delivery period. This represents a rare opportunity to acquire a top-tier, Northern European-built superyacht with proven performance, award-winning design, and outstanding value in the 500GT category.
Future hulls offer customizable decor options, allowing buyers to retain the signature M2 Atelier style as seen on ACE and EXTRA TIME, or opt for a completely different aesthetic like the refined Nauta Design interior chosen for MOONLIGHT.
