LUCY is now available to explore from wherever you are. Denison superyacht broker Kurt Bosshardt has released a full walkthrough video of this 142-foot Richmond, giving buyers and enthusiasts an up-close look at one of the more thoroughly updated vessels in this size range on the market today.
Built in 2008 by Pacific Northwest Shipyards of Richmond in Vancouver to a Ward Setzer design, LUCY has not been left to age quietly. She underwent a major re-engineering in 2017, followed by additional refits in 2023 and 2025. The result is a yacht with a contemporary interior, fresh exterior paint, updated teak, and machinery and electronics that have been continuously maintained and upgraded. She is currently in Class and MCA compliant, asking $10,900,000, and located in Fort Lauderdale.
The walkthrough covers the full length of the boat: the large covered aft deck with its custom hi/lo teak dining table and granite refreshment bar, the salon and formal dining room, a fully equipped galley with Sub-Zero appliances throughout, the on-deck master suite with dual his-and-hers bathrooms, four guest staterooms and a VIP stateroom, a skylounge with a granite bar, a flybridge featuring a 60-jet hot tub, and the pilothouse with a full Simrad glass bridge setup. Power comes from twin Caterpillar C32 1,800-hp engines, and she carries Quantum zero-speed stabilizers for comfortable time at anchor.
Kurt Bosshardt brings a background unlike most brokers in the superyacht space. Before joining Denison, he spent 25 years as an admiralty and maritime attorney representing yacht owners, earning an AV rating from his legal peers every year since 2001. He holds a Merchant Marine Officer license and an aviation pilot’s license with multi-engine and instrument ratings. That depth of technical and legal knowledge comes through in how he represents vessels like LUCY.
