Steven Cox

From a young age, Steven Cox always felt at home in and around the saltwater. Whether on trips aboard his grandfather’s boat, working for his uncle at Grove Harbour Marina in Miami, or spending his teenage years exploring the waterways of Jupiter, he was never far from the water. Today, Steven shares that same passion with families and individuals looking to create lasting memories of their own.

One of Steven’s defining traits is his relentless ambition to do right by his clients. He treats everyone he works with as he would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. His approach is to remain open, accessible, and available at every stage of the process, removing the stresses of buying or selling and turning each experience into the joyful milestone it deserves to be.
